I’m in the middle of a bit of a illness, that hopefully I get over soon. Been going back and forth to the docs to figure out what is going on, since doc says I should be 100% better by now.
I have some fluid buildup in my abdomen (a couple pounds worth) and the pressure from the upper abdomen area is pressing on my lungs a bit, making it a ‘little’ difficult to breathe. I go back in to the doc tomorrow morning.
Also, I cannot fit in to my pants anymore, and have to wear sweats everywhere. Luckily, back when I was pregnant (for a short time), I had bought some belly bands — they are stretchy spandex things you can wear over your jeans when you can’t button them – and they help keep them up. They wind up looking like a layered tank under your t-shirt or sweater. I had forgotten about them until today. 7 days of wearing sweats, I was a little paranoid to be seen in public.
This is a pretty painful uncomfortable thing for me and I’ve been trying to sleep away most of my days, so that is why I’ve been out of the loop a bit. I hope to catch up with everyone soon… no hard feelings, eh?
