I said I was going to post these, and just got around to scanning them.
If you’ve never had a pregnancy ultrasound, it can be difficult to make out what you’re looking at here. So, to make things a little bit easier, I added in a mouseover effect. Just hover your mouse over the image to get an idea of what you are looking at.
We were only able to get pics of Baby A (Kara) since she wasn’t hiding her face like Summer was.
This pic shows the profile of Kara’s face, along with a thin line coming out of the chin area — that is her arm. Meaning — her hand is in her mouth.
The part that creeped me out is below … It just looks bizarre. But she was opening her mouth wide to put her whole hand in it and suck on it.
The mouse over isn’t as creepy as the pic looked to me. The ultrasound scan pic looks like an old man with gums. I know they can’t show everything here like skin and other parts b/c they show up transparent-like on the scans.
The pic below is the 3d version of Kara’s face, with her mouth closed and her hand on the lower right side of her face (your left)
The big round thing next to her face (lower left) is her sisters head. They are VERY close.
